Pasta salad may sound strange but it's tasty.
200 gr. pasta (cooked)
100 gr. Mayo (if you're fasting, use fasting)
salad leaves (lettuce) to taste - cut into small pieces
1 tomato (or 2 if you like) - cut into small cubes
2 bell peppers - cut into small cubes
1/2 medium sized onion - if you like - cut into small cubes
salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix it all up and enjoy cold.
For variety, you can add olives, mushrooms, cucumber and all other your favorite vegetables.
If you're not fasting, sprinkle with shredded cheese.
